It's possible you have done nothing wrong. JSValidate is still in it's infancy and it's possible it may generate errors or just not work. If you have a question, please post it on the forum and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Double check the docs and make sure you're including the files in their correct location.

Will this work on a form I already have setup?
Yes! It was actually designed with that in mind. Our goal was to allow all users to be able to simply include the necessary files and start validating without any problems.
